2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Members are advised that the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the
Australian Brangus Cattle Association Ltd will take place at 8:30am EST, Monday 12th October 2020 in the Function Room, Rockhampton Leagues Club, Cambridge St, Rockhampton QLD 4700.

All Members are encouraged to attend the AGM.


Please note that A Notice of AGM will be sent out to members closer to the date and will include:

1.    Agenda for the 2020 Annual General Meeting
2.    Proxy Forms
3.    Minutes of the 2019 Annual General meeting
4.    Audited Financial Statements of the financial year ended 30 June 2020
5.    President’s Report
6.    Treasurer’s Report
7.    Executive Officer’s Report

The Annual General Meeting will commence at 8:30am EST and will be followed by an Open Forum for Members.

DNA TESTING PROCESS ABCA have made the following changes to the DNA Testing Process to implement an effective and efficient process. By implementing these changes, the DNA testing process can become more efficient - resulting in quicker sample arrival at the lab reduced risk of sample damage minimized discrepancies ultimately benefiting the members and enhancing overall experience Members are asked to adhere to the following process when submitting requests for DNA testing.
