With the ever-increasing cost of postage and printing, the ABCA Board made the decision to no longer provide printed certificates as a default service for members. Electronic copies of certificates will be made available for members to download and print and/or file at their convenience.

The transition to electronic reporting & certificates will begin now and will be completed and fully functioning by 1 July 2021.

If you do require printed certificates, these will be available from the office and will be charged at $1.10 per certificate which covers production costs and postage.

Please see below some answers to anticipated questions Members may have;

How will I receive my certificates?

Once your processing has been completed by the office you will receive an email notification that the work has been processed. The email will contain instructions on how to download your certificates through the Brangus Member Area (ILROnline).

Do I need a login for the Brangus Member Area?

Yes. If you do not have a current Brangus Member Area login your email notifying you that your reports & certificates are ready will have your login details and instructions on how to log in.

I use certificates to keep a track of my stud & breeding program, what am I going to do now?

You can still print certificates and use them as you were previously.

What happens if I forget to download the report & certificates?

Your reports and certificates will remain on your Brangus Member profile for you to access at any time! You can download the files as many or as few times as you would like.

I sold an animal, how do I transfer it without a printed certificate?

There are now a number of methods to transfer animals:

1 - Brangus Member Area

2 - PDF form which can be printed and scanned or posted to the office

3 - Excel form which can be completed and emailed to the office

4 - Email containing the animal, transfer date and purchaser details to the office

The person who purchased my animal isn't a member, how will they get their certificates?

Certificates will still be mailed for non-member purchases along with a perspective member pack encouraging them to join the Association.

Can I still get a copy printed and posted from the Association?

If you do require printed certificates, these will be available from the office and will be charged at $1.10 per certificate which covers production costs and postage.

I don't have access to an email, what can I do?

If there is no way for you to access your certificates you can apply for special consideration, please send a written request addressed to the ABCA Board of Directors to tessa@brangus.com.au
