The 2020 Rockhampton ABCA Sponsored Sale will be on Monday 12th starting at 1pm & Tuesday 13th starting at 9:30am October 2020.

This year the entry form is an electronic form. We encourage all members to submit their entries online where possible to avoid any postal delays. If you would like a PDF copy of the entry form, please contact the ABCA office on 02 6773 3373 or email tessa@brangus.com.au

Important Information

- ENTRIES CLOSE 17 JULY 2020

- Heifer Sale will start at 1pm. Commercial Heifers will be sold first and will be followed directly by Registered Heifers

- Scanning and weighing will be done before the sale by the Vendors. Scanning and weighing must be done by an Accredited Scanner. Copies of the sheets provided by the Accredited Scanner must be sent to the ABCA office 7 days prior to the sale

- Dentition is no longer a requirement

- All Registered Bulls must have a Brangus Bundle Genetic Test

- Brangus Bundles must be requested on Registered Bulls (including supplementary animals) before close of entry

 - Red bulls will be sold at the completion of the black bulls

DNA TESTING PROCESS ABCA have made the following changes to the DNA Testing Process to implement an effective and efficient process. By implementing these changes, the DNA testing process can become more efficient - resulting in quicker sample arrival at the lab reduced risk of sample damage minimized discrepancies ultimately benefiting the members and enhancing overall experience Members are asked to adhere to the following process when submitting requests for DNA testing.
